The problem of trust in the field of auto mechanics is real and big. It seems that it would be a massive effort to get enough reviews of mechanics to be worthwhile. How does the service make money? Lastly there may be legal and privacy issues around secretly recording mechanic. But again the problem is big enough it warrants a look!
